B1 style · A clear opinion

Jeg synes flere bør ta bussen til jobb. Det er bra for miljøet, og det blir færre biler på veien. Men bussen må gå ofte, slik at folk kommer fram i tide.

A clear opinion, familiar vocabulary and straightforward reasons. «Men» introduces a practical limitation.

B2 style · A nuanced argument

Selv om bilen gir større fleksibilitet, mener jeg at flere bør velge kollektivtransport til jobb. Det kan redusere både utslipp og kø. For at dette skal være et realistisk alternativ, må imidlertid tilbudet være pålitelig, også utenfor de største byene.

«Selv om» acknowledges the other side. «For at» adds a condition, while «imidlertid» connects the argument to a limitation.

Start at A1 and focus on one skill at a time. Combine a short reading text with listening and a few words from the text. You can change levels whenever you need to.

Can I prepare for Norskprøven B1 and B2?

Yes. Practise all four skills and relevant task types, and take a timed reading test. NorskMentor is an independent practice platform, not the organiser of Norskprøven.

What kind of feedback will I receive?

Writing feedback covers areas such as content, structure, grammar and word choice. Speaking feedback includes a transcript and guidance on pronunciation and fluency. AI assessments are guidance and can contain mistakes.

Can I use one subscription on web and mobile?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on the website, iPhone or Android. Your access follows your account, so you do not need a separate subscription for each device.

What happens when my trial ends?

Unless you cancel, the trial continues as a paid subscription for your selected billing period. Manage your subscription in the channel where you purchased it. Check the date and total before confirming.

Do I need a teacher to use NorskMentor?
